Every year, your youth shooting program is eligible to receive cash from its MidwayUSA Foundation endowment, and now is the time to apply for those funds! Applying for the annual grant is easy. Login to your account on our online grant platform, SurveyMonkey Apply. Once you are in the grant platform, simply click on the grant application to get started. If you haven’t completed your after-action report from last year’s grant, you will have to do that before beginning your 2026 application.
The grant deadline is December 15, 2026; however, we do encourage early submissions. Ammunition, targets, entry fees, and other expenses associated with a shooting team can add up. That’s why we encourage you to apply for your annual MidwayUSA Foundation cash grant. These funds assist with all of those expenses and are available each year.
