Every year, your youth shooting program is eligible to receive cash from its MidwayUSA Foundation endowment, and now is the time to apply for those funds! Applying for the annual grant is easy. Login to your account on our online grant platform, SurveyMonkey Apply. Once you are in the grant platform, simply click on the grant application to get started. If you haven’t completed your after-action report from last years grant, you may have to do that before beginning your 2026 application.
The grant deadline is June 15, 2026; however, we do encourage early submissions.
Ammunition, targets, entry fees, and other expenses associated with a shooting team can add up. That’s why we encourage you to apply for your annual MidwayUSA Foundation cash grant. These funds assist with all of those expenses and are available each year.

Shooting teams open an endowment, grow it, and then apply for a cash grant each year to assist with team expenses.
The Team Endowment Program enables a community to financially support a competitive youth shooting sports program. Like other sports, shooting teams offer excellent opportunities for students to make friends, develop confidence, and learn valuable skills in discipline and leadership. However, most schools and clubs provide little or no funding for youth shooting sports teams, so it is up to us to help. As the
primary program of the MidwayUSA Foundation, Team Endowments provides financial support to high school and college-level youth shooting sports teams across America.
The shooting team (see our definition of ‘team’) does not have to be affiliated with a high school or college to create an endowment, but does have to be reputably organized and made up of primarily high school or college-age youth. We support all shooting disciplines including shotgun, smallbore and air rifle, pistol and air pistol, high power, and black powder.
